Delete your InsiderWire account

Operated by Yildiz Consulting (the developer of InsiderWire on Google Play and the App Store).

What gets deleted

• Your user profile (email, sign-in identifiers).
• Your subscription state record (the actual receipt history is held by Apple, Google or Stripe per their own policies).
• Your push notification tokens — alerts stop being sent immediately.

What is retained

• Aggregated, anonymized usage logs for security and product analytics (no link to your identity).
• Records we are legally required to keep (e.g. financial records of past payments, kept for the period required by US tax law — typically up to 7 years).

How to request deletion

1. Email info@yildizconsulting.us from the email address registered with your account.
2. Subject line: "InsiderWire account deletion".
3. We confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when it is done.

Cancel your subscription first

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Cancel it before requesting deletion:

• iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → InsiderWire → Cancel.
• Android: Play Store → Profile → Subscriptions → InsiderWire → Cancel.
• Web: account page → Manage subscription (Stripe portal).
