What does InsiderWire do?

We aggregate three independent US-stock-market signals — insider buys (SEC Form 4), institutional 13F filings, and Stocktwits trending — and alert you when two or more sources agree on the same ticker. See /info for a deeper walkthrough.

Is InsiderWire giving me investment advice?

No. We are not a registered investment advisor. We surface signals; every trading decision is yours. Past insider or institutional activity is no guarantee of future performance.

What's in the Free tier?

Free users see Stocktwits trending tickers from the last 24 hours. That's it.

What do I get with Pro?

How much is Pro?

$4.99/month or $39.99/year (~33% off). Cancel anytime.

How do I subscribe?

On web, go to /pricing and check out via Stripe. On iOS and Android, open the app and tap Account → Upgrade to Pro. Apple and Google handle the billing through their own systems.

If I subscribe on iOS, do I also get Pro on web?

Yes. We use RevenueCat to unify subscriptions across Apple, Google and Stripe. Whichever platform you bought on, your Pro tier is available everywhere you sign in with the same account.

How do I cancel?

  • iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → InsiderWire → Cancel.
  • Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → InsiderWire → Cancel.
  • Web: Account page → Manage subscription (opens Stripe portal).

How does the consensus alert work?

Each signal carries a category (insider / 13F / news) and a strength. When the same ticker appears in two or more categories within a rolling window (default 7 days), we fire a consensus event. Pro users get a push notification immediately.

What is the halal column?

We tag each ticker as halal, haram, doubtful, or unknown based on common Islamic finance screening rules (sector, debt ratios, etc). Pro users see the column and a subtle row tint on every list. Tags are curated weekly.

I'm not getting push notifications.

  • Make sure you're on the Pro tier.
  • Open Account → ACCESS and confirm Push notifications are turned on.
  • Check device settings: iOS → Settings → Notifications → InsiderWire; Android → Settings → Apps → InsiderWire → Notifications.
  • Pushes only fire on insider-backed consensus events, not every signal.

How do I delete my account?

See /delete-account for the full procedure. We confirm receipt within 3 business days and delete your data within 30 days.

Where is my data stored?

On servers in the United States. See /privacy for the full sub-processor list (Clerk for auth, RevenueCat for subscriptions, etc).
